About.

Acumentri Leadership is entirely
focused on helping successful technical executives amplify their influence and impact.

Technical and operational leaders can struggle to shed the perception of being bogged down by details (in the weeds), overly practical, or not fully on board with the grand vision. Acumentri provides insight and co-creates successful strategies with our clients to take on greater responsibility and succeed in bigger roles.

Acumentri supports senior leaders in these technical functions who want to strengthen their organizational influence and increase the impact they have on their teams and organizations.

Philosophy.

The most impactful leaders are authentic, communicative, able to build teams and develop other leaders.

Our executive leadership framework includes: Establishing Leadership Presence; Prioritization & Time Management; Team Effectiveness & Talent Development; Leadership Communication (internal & external); Executive Team & Stakeholder Alignment.

We enjoy working with technical experts, problem solvers, and "overly-analytical" thinkers. Thoughtful individuals make excellent leaders - it's all about creating the right processes to support them. Our experience is that problem-solvers have an internal drive to improve once they understand how to modify their behavior.
